At Rosebuds Midwifery Clinic, we use Clinko, a secure and compliant clinical practice management system, to store and manage client records.

All data within Clinko is stored securely on Australian servers

Clinko is compliant with Australian Digital Health Agency standards and adheres to the Australian Privacy Principles

Your health information is encrypted and protected using industry best practices

Access is limited to authorised midwives and staff only

We regularly review our data protection measures and Clinko’s security compliance to ensure your information is managed safely and ethically.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We will only share your personal or health information when it is:

Necessary for your care (e.g. with hospitals, doctors, pathology providers)

Required by law (e.g. public health reporting or court order)

All access is password-protected and role-restricted
